Taro Kanzawa

Taro Kanzawa is an experienced professional with a robust background in strategy and operations within the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Siemens Healthineers since June 2025, Taro previously held the position of Director, Strategy Japan OBU at Takeda Oncology from January 2023 to May 2025, where business strategy development and execution were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Taro was a Director at Takeda's R&D Center for External Innovation, focusing on corporate business development deals, and also served as Associate Director in R&D Partnership office overseeing alliance management.
