Apostolos Krystallidis

Apostolos Krystallidis currently serves as the Global Head of Data Science for the Digital Services Product Line at Siemens, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Apostolos worked at Leica Geosystems as a Machine Learning and Computer Vision Engineer from May 2019 to October 2022 and held similar engineering positions at ETH juniors and IBM, where responsibilities included a deep learning MSc thesis at IBM Watson. Apostolos also contributed as a Teaching Assistant for the graduate course 'Control Systems II' at ETH Zurich. Apostolos holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, specializing in Robotics, Control Systems, and Machine Learning from ETH Zürich and completed a diploma thesis in Electrical and Computer Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
