Athaya Rasool

Athaya Rasool is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical and power systems. Currently serving as a Senior Executive - Solution Engineer at Siemens since October 2024, Athaya specializes in system design and studies for Combined Cycle Power Plants and HV Substations. Previously, experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer focusing on power system studies at ETAP - Operation Technology, Inc. from January 2022 to October 2024, and as a Junior Design Engineer at Currentflow Contracting Company, where duties involved the design and detailed engineering of electrical networks and various studies using ETAP. Early career began with a role as a Trainee Engineer in Protection, performing testing and commissioning of electrical equipment. Athaya's academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nellai College of Engineering.
