Dennis Schmidt-Bordemann

Dennis Schmidt-Bordemann currently serves as a Senior Consultant to the Managing Board Member (Chief Technology Officer and Chief Strategy Officer) and a Senior Consultant for Thought Leadership Content & Strategy at Siemens since August 2020. Previously, Dennis held the position of Head of Staff for the General Secretary at the Free Democratic Party from July 2019 to June 2020 and served as Head of Staff for Linda Teuteberg MdB from November 2017 to July 2019. Additional experience includes roles as a Speechwriter and Communications Specialist for the German Insurance Industry Association, a Senior Research Fellow at the Brandenburg Institute for Society and Security, and as Head of Policy Planning & Analysis for the Free Democratic Party. Dennis began a career in politics as Head of Staff for Patrick Döring MdB from May 2006 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Political Science and Government from Leipzig University, completed between 1996 and 2002.
