Helen Wilkinson

Helen Wilkinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the training and education sector. Currently serving as the Business Unit Manager for Training Solutions at Siemens since September 2025, Helen previously held the position of Head of Product Delivery at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Notable prior roles include Head of Client Success and Head of Programmes at Brain in Hand, as well as various positions at Babington, including Head of Customer Welcome (Interim) and Head of Programmes & Transformation. Helen's career also features significant contributions as an Implementation Manager at learndirect Limited and JHP Training, along with diverse roles at Working Links. Helen holds a 2:1 BA in Management International from the University of Hull and A Level qualifications from Holy Cross College in Business Studies, English Literature, Spanish, and General Studies.
