Jamel Tejeda Shepherd

Jamel Tejeda Shepherd currently serves as Senior Manager for Manufacturing Operations at Siemens, overseeing the manufacturing operations of the Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation USA headquarters with a focus on medium- and low-voltage power distribution equipment. Previously, Jamel held the position of Manufacturing Engineering Program Manager at GoogleCBRE, where responsibilities included managing manufacturing readiness and improvement initiatives for mechanical and electrical cooling systems at multiple Google Data Center sites. Jamel's experience also includes a supervisory role at Eaton, where leadership of a cross-functional team focused on high-volume welding operations for circuit breakers took place. Earlier career achievements include serving as Energy Efficiency Project Manager at GLOBAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY HOLDINGS GEEH SRL, managing significant energy efficiency projects in New York City. Jamel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Western Michigan University and a Master in Engineering Management from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
