James Jones

James Jones is a retired professional with extensive experience in plant operations and management within the energy sector. They served as Plant Operations Manager and Plant Manager at Siemens Energy, Inc., where they oversaw operations related to combustion turbine components and implemented a lean program that achieved significant turnover. Later, they held leadership roles such as Head of Operations for the Compression Business Unit and Head of Wind Operations for the Americas, managing multiple facilities and manufacturing processes. Jones earned a Master's degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2001 to 2003.
