Jan Radoň is currently leading the Future of Work at Siemens Global Business Services CEE, supporting over 2000 people with a focus on lifelong learning, personal growth, and new ways of working. Jan has a background in communication and human resources, having earned a degree from VŠEM. Previously, Jan held various roles at Siemens, including Training Center Manager and Head of People and Knowledge Development, where they demonstrated expertise in agile project management and collaboration across organizations. Jan's early experience includes serving as a Field Collection Administrator at Transcom Worldwide Czech Republic & Slovakia.
