Jennifer Withelm

Jennifer Withelm currently serves as the Sustainability Learning Manager at Siemens since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer was a Key-Account-Manager at GP Strategies Deutschland GmbH from November 2020 to September 2023, acting as the first point of contact for learning and development requests and managing stakeholder portfolios. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Expert in Leadership Development at SIXT for a brief period in early 2020, where Jennifer focused on strategic personnel development and leadership training. From June 2016 to January 2020, Jennifer worked as a Consultant at CEVEYCONSULTING, specializing in people and organizational development measures and talent management. Jennifer holds a Magister in European Ethnology, Psychology, and Politics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Master of Arts in Cultural and Media Management from Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg.
