Johannes Schelling

Johannes Schelling is an experienced professional in the field of reward and compensation, currently serving as the Global Head of Reward and Global Compensation Partner for Smart Infrastructure at Siemens. Previous roles include Head of Reward for South West Europe and Head of Reward for Switzerland within the same organization. Prior to Siemens, Johannes held the position of Head of Compensation and HR Systems at Helsana Insurance Company Ltd, alongside roles as Project Manager for Human Resources and Specialist in Compensation & Benefits. Johannes also worked as a Business Consultant and Project Manager at BlueCare AG. Johannes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from FHS St.Gallen University of Applied Sciences, which was completed between 1998 and 2001.
