Kimberly Blind has over two decades of experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Service for Electrification & Automation at Siemens since April 2011. In previous roles at Siemens, Kimberly has held positions such as Director of Project Management, Director of Business Excellence, and Engineering Manager. Prior to Siemens, Kimberly worked at Rockwell Automation from April 2002 to April 2011, where responsibilities included managing a team of engineers as an Engineering Supervisor and developing manufacturing processes as a Manufacturing Engineer. Kimberly completed a Leadership Development Rotation program early in the career, and holds an MBA in Management from The University of Akron and a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
