Lisa Lang

Lisa Lang serves as the Head of Talent, Leadership, and Learning for the Americas at Siemens, a position held since June 2022, focusing on cultivating a culture of continuous growth through innovative talent and leadership strategies. Previously, Lisa transformed the learning organization across 18 countries at Siemens from 2011 to 2022, generating significant revenue and contributing to strategic talent development for a workforce of 40,000 employees. Prior roles include positions at Siemens and Nokia, where Lisa led various initiatives in learning solutions, sales process management, and customer engagement. Additionally, Lisa served as a subject matter expert on the American Workforce Policy Advisory Board from March 2019 to September 2020, advising on federal workforce policies. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clemson University, a leadership coaching degree from Brown University, an executive leadership program certification from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
