Melanie Lawrence possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over a decade in various managerial and consulting roles. Melanie began as an HR Representative at Masoneilan and advanced to HR Manager positions at Advanced Interconnect and Ward Process. Subsequently, Melanie served as a Human Resources Consultant at L Grace Consulting.
