Michelle Dyos

Michelle Dyos serves as the EMEA VP of Partner Sales at Siemens since September 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle held various leadership positions at Progress from December 2019 to September 2025, including EMEA Sales Director and EMEA Sales Leader focusing on products such as LoadMaster and WhatsUp Gold. Experience also includes a tenure at Veritas Technologies LLC as Director of EMEA Channel Operations and Programs, where Michelle led channel strategy to achieve business objectives. At Seagate Technology, Michelle was EMEA Senior Manager of Channel Programs, developing partner program strategies. Earlier roles at Novell and Wily Technology encompassed channel sales management and technical services. Michelle's career started at Penton Media Europe and DHL Systems in customer service and communications. Michelle is an alumnus of Bournemouth University and Longford Community School.
