Molly Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital customer innovation and experience strategy. Currently serving as the Global Head of Digital Customer Innovation at Siemens, Molly leads initiatives that enhance digital channel experiences and optimize customer journeys across diverse ecosystems. Previous roles included directing customer experience and sales excellence at Siemens Advanta and driving innovation and transformation for equity compensation initiatives at Siemens HQ. Prior to Siemens, Molly founded Molly Williams Consulting, providing comprehensive advisory services for global organizations, and held significant positions at frog, SAP Hybris, and Nike, among others. Molly holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Michigan State University.
