Naim Meftah

Naim Meftah has extensive experience in sales effectiveness and smart building solutions, currently serving as the Head of Sales Effectiveness for Smart Infrastructure Buildings Germany at Siemens since October 2018. In this role, Naim acts as a sparring partner for various business units, focusing on market trend analysis, sales strategy development, and incentive structure implementation while also conducting sales training seminars. Previously, Naim held the position of Sales Engineer, responsible for smart building solutions in Southwest Germany. Naim is also a member of the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council, contributing to the promotion of sustainable building concepts, and completed a Master of Engineering in Smart City Solutions from Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Energiesystemtechnik from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences.
