Roland Busch

Roland Busch has been with Siemens since 1994, currently serving as President and CEO of Siemens AG and a member of the Managing Board. Roland's extensive career at Siemens includes roles such as Chairman of Siemens Mobility GmbH, Deputy CEO, CHRO, CTO, Chief Operating Officer, and various leadership positions in infrastructure and cities as well as automotive systems. In addition to their role at Siemens, Roland Busch has served on the Supervisory Board of Munich Re since April 2024 and is the Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Committee of German Business since October 2021. Roland Busch holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in High Temperature Superconductivity Physics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, complemented by a stint at Grenoble INP - Phelma.
