Sekhar Kunapuli

Sekhar Kunapuli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and engineering. Currently serving as Director of Test at Siemens, responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the Smart Infrastructure division, Sekhar focuses on device-to-cloud engineering, automation, and continuous improvement processes to enhance QA efficiency. Prior to Siemens, Sekhar held various roles at Cisco over 22 years, including Software QA Senior Manager, where oversight of quality metrics and feature automation for the Nexus 9000 switches portfolio was critical. Technical leadership in implementing SDN solutions and extensive hands-on expertise with SDN technologies were key contributions to Cisco's innovative efforts. Sekhar holds a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Osmania University, complemented by education from HarvardX.
