Shanshan Wen

Shanshan Wen is currently serving as a Global Commodity Manager for Insulation Material & Cables at Siemens since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shanshan held positions at Siemens Gamesa, including Global Commodity Manager for Composites and Project Procurement Manager for Onshore APAC, focusing on strategic sourcing and project services across Asia Pacific. Shanshan's experience at Siemens also includes leading procurement processes and developing negotiation strategies as a Project Procurement Manager, as well as optimizing supply management systems as a Supply Chain Specialist. Earlier in the career, Shanshan worked at Lenovo as a Global Supply Manager and Junior Buyer, enhancing supply chain efficiency and material management. Shanshan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
