Shashank Tontnal

Shashank Tontnal is an accomplished supply chain professional with over 18 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Manager SCM at Siemens since July 2016, Shashank specializes in sustainable sourcing, project procurements with an annual spend of approximately €25M, and vendor management. Shashank has led teams in developing Environmental Health and Safety policies and has driven Integrated Facility Management projects across Siemens locations in India. Prior to Siemens, Shashank held key positions at Alstom Transport, where responsibilities included managing supply chain operations for major metro projects, and at Lapp India Pvt. Ltd. and ABB, focusing on purchasing and planning functions. Shashank holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Karnataka State Open University.
