Sophie Michel

Sophie MICHEL has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the head of SCM Make to Orders and previously as Head of Supply Chain Governance and Head of Logistics Department at Siemens since November 2008. In these roles, Sophie directed departmental strategies focused on digitalization, automation, productivity enhancement, and the deployment of lean manufacturing standards. Prior to Siemens, valuable experience was gained as a Supply Chain Design Manager at Ecole de Management Strasbourg and through various roles at PAUL HARTMANN AG, including responsibilities in operations and customer support. Sophie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from EM Strasbourg Business School and studies at the University of Birmingham and IUT Robert Schuman.
