Tamika Yeadon

Tamika Yeadon, MBA, is a seasoned procurement and project management professional with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale construction projects and strategic procurement initiatives. Currently serving as a Procurement Project Manager at Siemens since May 2022, Tamika has previously held roles such as Assistant Project Manager at Brailsford & Dunlavey, where expertise was applied to large capital K-12 programs totaling over $350 million in the DC/Virginia/Maryland area. Additional experience includes positions as Construction Procurement Supervisor for the Charleston County School District, where management of procurement resources supported 84 schools with a total project value of $200 million, and as Project Purchasing Agent at Gulf Stream Construction. Tamika’s background also features an academic focus, currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at Capella University, alongside an MBA in Information Technology Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Information Systems from Johnson C. Smith University.
