Theresa Cooke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic operations, particularly within Siemens. Currently serving as the Head of Global Customer Success & Service Operations for Managed Charging since November 2011, Theresa manages service operations for electric fleets across six countries. Previous roles include Vice-President of Smart Infrastructure Sales & Country Business Development, Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, and Director in various strategy-focused positions. Theresa's expertise spans across energy management, offshore wind, and customer success, underpinned by a Ph.D. in Neural & Behavioural Science from the University of Tübingen and a Co-Active Coach Certification from the Co-Active Training Institute. Additionally, Theresa has a strong foundation in systems design engineering from the University of Waterloo and experience in IT support and customer service from previous internships.
