Viviana Gutierrez, PCC, currently serves as a Talent and Learning Partner at Siemens, where responsibilities include developing partnerships with leaders to validate talent for key pipelines and supporting strategic initiatives. As a Lead Coach at BetterUp, Viviana coaches mid to senior-level leaders in achieving sustainable performance. Previously, Viviana held a Senior Manager position at Precision For Medicine, where market research was conducted to inform talent solutions, and an Executive Leadership Development Program was led at AdventHealth, graduating 300 senior leaders. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Florida Hospital Medical Group and Northwest Community Healthcare. Viviana's education encompasses a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Naveen Jindal School of Management, a MicroMasters in Instructional Design and Technology, and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management, paired with a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management.
