Kyle Schirmer has extensive experience in the automotive and military sectors. Currently serving as a Lead Loader at Siemer Milling Company since March 2015, Kyle has also been a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic in the US Army since June 2006, specializing in vehicle maintenance and repair. Prior to this, Kyle managed Schirmer's Garage from January 2007 to June 2015, overseeing operations, scheduling, and cost estimation. Educationally, Kyle holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University, completed in 2016, and is a graduate of Southeastern Career Center in Auto Service Technology. Kyle graduated from East Central High School in 2006.

Siemer Milling Company is a family-and employee-owned company. Our mills are located in Hopkinsville, KY, Teutopolis, IL, and West Harrison, IN. We supply wheat flour, germ, and bran to bakeries and mix plants, big and small. We are engaged in the creation of grain based food that is wholesome and nutritious that includes but is not limited to, soft and hard wheat flours for cookies, crackers, cakes, breads, pretzels, batters and breadings, biscuits, pizza crust, and muffins. We offer wheat germ, wheat bran, and whole wheat flour along with our traditional flour, any of which can be heat treated to create stability or to achieve heightened levels of food safety.
