Alma Cargol

Alma Cargol is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people strategy, currently serving as the Talent Lead & People Partner at Siena AI since December 2023. Prior to this role, Alma was a Senior Technical Recruiter at Google from February 2021 to December 2023, focusing on candidate assessment for leadership roles and collaborating on DEI objectives. Alma also held the position of Senior Technical Recruiter at Fitbit from July 2017 to February 2021, contributing to the company's mission of promoting health and technology. Previous experience includes a dual role in recruitment and employer branding at Misys, along with HR consulting at Sales Consulting, where project management and candidate selection were key responsibilities. Alma holds a Master’s degree in Judicial Psychology from Titu Maiorescu University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest.
