Mihai Pora is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Siena AI since July 2024, Mihai previously held key leadership roles at Idiomatic, Inc., where responsibilities included Director of Software Engineering and Principal Software Engineer. Mihai’s career also features significant positions at Spring Inc. as Staff Engineer, and at Google as a Software Engineer. Early career achievements include ownership of Solsive International and roles as Enterprise Architect and System Architect at BPMWave and Edata, respectively. Mihai started in software development at Hewlett-Packard Europe, contributing to various internal projects. Mihai holds a BS in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
