Jill Konopka

Jill Konopka is an accomplished journalist and educator with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at both Siena College and the University at Albany, Jill has also held the position of Senior Counselor in Public Affairs at Mower Agency since February 2022. Previous roles include Freelance Reporter for WFXT Boston 25 News, and Director of Communications for the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, where Jill managed a team and oversaw media relations. Jill's career features significant positions at prominent news organizations, including investigative roles at WNYT NewsChannel 13 and NBCUniversal, as well as general assignment reporting at WFSB TV. Jill holds a Master of Science in Communication Theory from Central Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from SUNY Geneseo.
