Lisa Witkowski

Lisa Witkowski, APR, currently serves as the Director of Public and Government Affairs and a Lecturer in Management at Siena College, where responsibilities include teaching strategic communication and managing media relations as the primary spokesperson. With extensive experience in communications, Lisa was the Principal at Proof Positive, providing editorial services across various sectors from 2002 to 2016, and previously held roles such as Manager of Corporate Communications at Medical Liability Mutual Insurance Co. and Public Relations Specialist at Highmark Blue Shield. Early in the career, Lisa worked at Siena College as Assistant Director of Public Relations, promoting media engagement. Academically, Lisa is pursuing a Master of Arts in Women's Studies at the University at Albany and holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication and a BA in Journalism and Political Science.
