Amber Schell

Amber Schell is an experienced leader in workforce management and business systems, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Management and Business Systems at Sienna Senior Living since January 2018. Amber has held multiple senior roles, including Director of Business and Health Systems and Manager of Business Systems. Prior to Sienna, Amber worked at Revera as the National Manager of Operation Systems and Education, focusing on educational materials for large projects. Earlier experience includes managing wellness programs at Shalom Village and overseeing recreation at The Aphasia Institute, where Amber developed programs to support client growth. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from McMaster University.
