Arani Pavakaran

Arani Pavakaran is an experienced Talent Management Specialist currently working at Sienna Senior Living, where responsibilities include liaising with the HR team to enhance the employee experience in performance management and recruitment, proposing and implementing improvement opportunities, and communicating learning initiatives.
