Cristina Herman

Cristina Herman is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sienna Senior Living since May 2022. Previously, Cristina held the position of Director of Human Resources at McKercher LLP from January 2019 to April 2022. At the University of Saskatchewan, from September 2009 to January 2019, Cristina served as Team Lead of Wellness Resources, responsible for developing and implementing a holistic wellness strategy for faculty and staff, while overseeing disability case management and group benefit plan recommendations. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Consultant, Senior Human Resources Analyst, and Human Resources Analyst at Areva Resources Canada Inc, where Cristina started as a Human Resources Summer Student. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Saskatchewan, earned between 2004 and 2009.
