Vice President Of Regional Operations at Sienna Senior Living

Kerri Judge (MA) has a diverse and extensive work experience in the senior living and healthcare industry. From 2010 to 2016, they served as the Director of Resident Programs and Resident Relations Coordinator at Sienna Senior Living. Kerri then transitioned to the role of Interim Executive Director and Quality and Resident Experience Coordinator from 2016 to 2017. Following that, from 2017 to 2021, Kerri held the position of Executive Director at Sienna Senior Living. In 2020, they became the Regional Director of Operations for Critical Support Long Term Care before being promoted to Vice President of Regional Operations in 2021, a role they currently hold. Kerri is also involved in other organizations, including serving as a Board Member for Meta Centre and a Committee Member for the Canadian College of Health Leaders. Kerri is a Professor at Conestoga College since 2021 and has been a Co-Chair of the Palliative Care Network LTC at the Central West Local Health Integration Network from 2017 to 2019. Kerri has also been a guest speaker on marginalized seniors at Humber College in 2018.

Kerri Judge (MA) has a diverse education history. In 2004, they obtained a Diploma in Social Service Worker from Humber College. Kerri then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from York University, which they completed in 2009. In 2013 and 2015, Kerri enrolled in the Canadian Healthcare Association and earned a Certificate in Long Term Management.

Seeking further knowledge in the healthcare industry, they attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained an Advanced Healthcare Leadership degree. In 2018, they also enrolled in the University of Toronto and completed a program in Quality (IDEAS).

Moving forward, Kerri joined Royal Roads University in 2019, where they pursued a Master of Leadership-Health Specification. Kerri'sstudies in Health/Health Care Administration/Management lasted until 2021. In the same year, they also attended Conestoga College for Adult and Continuing Education Administration.

Kerri's educational journey continued in 2023 at George Brown College, where they obtained a certification in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies, completing their education history.
