Colin Parcell

Colin Parcell is the CTO/Technical Director at Sienna Systems, where Colin helps companies and governments improve organization through IT. Colin is also a Development Board Member at PRIMUS PHYSICAL THERAPY and CareSift, where Colin supports the growth of both organizations. Additionally, Colin is a Co-Founder at NVL Enterprise, focusing on data science, energy management, and IOT. Prior to this, Colin served as a Principal at AOL and as a Director at Tangible Software, Inc. Colin holds a MBA in Marketing and Business Dev from George Mason University, a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and BS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Penn State University and Juniata College, respectively.
