Craig Reines

Craig Reines is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and customer experience. As the Founder and CEO of ServiceHive Inc since March 2014, Craig has driven innovation in the industry. In addition, Craig serves as an Industry Advisor at Sierra from April 2025. Previous roles include positions at DIRECTV, where Craig worked in the Technology Value Management Office and Customer Technology Transformation Office from September 2021 to January 2025, and as a Transformation Office Consultant at AT&T from January 2020 to August 2021. Craig's involvement in the Contact Center Association of the Philippines as a Board Member from December 2018 to January 2021 further highlights a commitment to industry leadership. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona and has completed MBA coursework at the University of Phoenix.
