Rafael Renovato

Rafael Renovato has extensive experience in maintenance and project management roles. Rafael started their career as a Senior Maintenance Engineer at BIBLOMODEL SA DE CV in 1998 and worked there until 2003. Rafael then joined GE as a Maintenance and Production Leader from 2003 to 2008. Rafael later worked at Howmet Aerospace as a Senior Maintenance Manager from 2018 to 2019. Rafael also held multiple positions at Arconic, including Senior Maintenance Manager from 2018 to 2019 and Maintenance Specialist, Energy Leader, and Project Manager from 2008 to 2018. Currently, Rafael holds the position of Head of Maintenance (Maintenance Director) at Sierra Aluminum since 2019.

Rafael Renovato obtained their Licenciatura degree in Ingenieria Mecanica y Electrica from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
