Charles Segerstrom

Charles managed training centers and statewide efforts focused on education and training support for the energy efficiency, demand response, and renewable energy workforce, until his retirement in August 2013. He has over 34 years of experience in training, program development and technical consultation and energy efficiency training centers (Energy Training Center-Stockton, Pacific Energy Center, Food Service Technology Center), Codes and Standards, and Workforce Education and Training programs. Currently he is an energy efficiency program and policy consultant to the Institute of Heating and Air Conditioning Industries and utility energy code programs.
