Vanshdeep Singh

Vanshdeep Singh has a diverse work experience in the field of production and operations management, process engineering, and equipment operation. Vanshdeep started their career as a Process Engineer at Videocon Telecommunications Ltd in 2014. Vanshdeep then worked as an Equipment Operator II at Abbott for a year, where they were responsible for electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical assembly.

In 2015, Singh joined Sierra Circuits as a Manufacturing Process Engineer and later took on the role of Production & Operations Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 17 associates and was responsible for production throughput, scheduling, equipment, quality, and engineering functions related to Solder Mask & Silkscreen. Vanshdeep implemented procedures and systems that resulted in a significant reduction in department remakes and developed a Solder Mask process that reduced manufacturing cycle time and manpower required.

In 2021, Singh joined Tempo Automation as a Process Engineer, where they were responsible for process control, improvement, and defect analysis for PCB Assembly. Vanshdeep tested various consumables and reviewed designs and CAD data to allocate tooling requirements and panelization correctly. Vanshdeep worked on improving process efficiency and reducing defects based on project complexity.

Singh is currently working at Sierra Circuits as a Production & Operations Manager, where they oversee production and operations activities.

Vanshdeep Singh attended De Anza College from 2017 to 2018, where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on the general field. Vanshdeep did not obtain a degree from this institution. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Punjab Technical University. Regarding their additional certifications, Vanshdeep earned a Certificate of Achievement in Management from De Anza College, but the month and year of when they obtained this certification are not provided.
