Justin Lamont

Justin LaMont is an experienced technology and program management professional with a strong background in application engineering and CRM systems. Currently serving as the Director of Application Engineering at the Sierra Club since September 2016, Justin has held various roles, including System Architect and Programmer/Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Salesforce Manager and Business Analyst at Breakthrough Collaborative, managing a Salesforce database for multiple operational functions. Additionally, Justin contributed to the Institute for Advanced Study/Carnegie Corporation of New York as a Program Associate, coordinating project phases and developing a Salesforce-based web portal. Earlier career highlights include teaching SAT preparation for Kaplan Test Prep and conducting quantitative analysis during internships with the City of New York's Department of Homeless Services. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology with a minor in Medieval and Renaissance Studies from Carleton College.
