Karen Moreno

Karen Moreno SHRM-CP currently holds the position of Acting Labor Relations Partner and Senior Labor Relations Coordinator at Sierra Club, where responsibilities include fostering collaboration between Labor Relations, HR, and union partners, project management, and monitoring tasks within the Labor Relations team. Previously, Karen served as a Program Specialist and Program Leader at the City of Longmont, focusing on community programs and data tracking for juvenile justice initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as an Education Intervention Specialist at Colorado Youth for a Change, Community Educator at Girls Inc. of Metro Denver, and Program Coordinator with the "I Have a Dream" Foundation. Educationally, Karen earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global and holds a degree in Sociology and Ethnic Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
