MJ Castells, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Web Strategy at Sierra Club, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, MJ held various positions at Cro Metrics from August 2019 to March 2025, including Lead Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Program Manager. MJ also served as the Director of Development at Pridelines from April 2018 to August 2019 and completed the Miami Foundation Fellows program at The Miami Foundation between September 2017 and December 2018. Additional experience includes the role of Program Director at Aqua Foundation for Women from April 2015 to March 2018, Senior Team Lead Commercial and Eligibility Analyst at AvMed from October 2010 to April 2015, and Account Executive/Traffic Manager at Diaz & Cooper Advertising from August 2007 to November 2009. MJ holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Communication, both from Florida International University.
