Monique Brown

Monique Brown is a seasoned professional in the entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem, currently serving as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Growth Factory, a nonprofit accelerator dedicated to supporting early-stage founders in Northern California. In addition to this role, Monique acts as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Sierra College, integrating entrepreneurship into various educational initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at HaneyBiz, where responsibilities involved designing programs to support over 1,000 entrepreneurs annually, and as Strategic Advisor and Director of Partnerships at I/O LABS, focusing on enhancing Sacramento's innovation network. Monique also held roles at Velocity Venture Capital, Delegata, Learning Street USA, American Health and Safety Training, and Edelman Productions, showcasing a diverse background in operations, program development, strategic partnerships, and production. Monique holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from American University.
