Marisa Vang

Marisa Vang has diverse experience in education and program management. As a Tutor Mentor at Yuba College Upward Bound, Marisa supported low-income high school students during summer courses and facilitated a college and career conference. At Bellwether Education Partners, Marisa served as a Policy Analyst Intern, co-authoring a research paper on state pension plans for teachers. Marisa also worked as a Library Technical Assistant at Brown University, assisting patrons and managing library materials. Experience as a Residential Mentor for Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America involved mentoring students on identity and college readiness. Currently, Marisa holds multiple roles at Sierra Health Foundation, including Senior Program Associate, Program Associate, and Program Assistant, where responsibilities encompass executing program strategies, monitoring expenses, and coordinating with partners and grantees.
