Azor Phelps has over 30 years of experience in sales and sales management. Azor Phelps, began their career in 1989 as a Sales Manager at Rodger Meier Cadillac, where they were responsible for assisting other sales people in closing deals and getting proper paperwork completed for the customer. In 1992 they moved to Stone Bennett Corporation, where they were Vice President and responsible for sales of three diverse product ranges. In 1994 they became Sales Manager at Stone Bennett Controls and Horstman Inc, where they were responsible for managing distributor and OEM network for Stone Bennett transmission controls. In 2002 they became Sales Manager at Froude Hofmann Inc, Go-Power Systems and Froude Hofmann, where they were the key account manager for one range of products with responsibility for selling a second range of engine dynamometers. In 2016 they became Account Manager at A&D Technology, where they were responsible for new customer sales in a new territory across the complete product range. Finally, in 2019 they became National Sales Manager at Sierra CP Engineering Limited and Sales Manager at Sierra Instruments.

Azor Phelps has an educational background in Business Administration and Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and Youngstown South High School. Azor Phelps, has also obtained various certifications, including Cobit 2019 from ISACA in November 2019, ITIL Foundation Level from ISACA in October 2019, Project + from CompTIA in August 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification in September 2019, and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
