Ryan Mourelatos

Ryan Mourelatos has had a progressively advancing career, starting as a Bar Manager and Bartender at Elephant Bar Restaurant from December 2009 to May 2016. Ryan then worked as a Food Service Manager at Wonderful Citrus from May 2016 to March 2021. Currently, they are employed as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Sierra International Machinery since March 2021. In this role, they collaborate with operations and accounting teams to enhance operational efficiency and cost reduction. Ryan is also involved in automating internal processes through ERP development and implementing Lean methodologies to improve workflows.

Ryan Mourelatos has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State University, Bakersfield. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the same university. Ryan also has a degree in Business Administration from Bakersfield College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Learning Microsoft Project" from LinkedIn in April 2021, "Excel Essential Training (Office 365)" from LinkedIn in July 2020, "Financial Accounting Foundations" from LinkedIn in July 2020, and "Managing and Analyzing Data in Excel (Office 365/Excel 2019)" from LinkedIn in July 2020.
