Jakob Day has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at both Sierra Meat & Seafood and MacDonald Meat Company. Since November 2015, Jakob has held various positions at Sierra Meat & Seafood, progressing from Assistant Warehouse Manager to Senior Director. Educational qualifications include a high school diploma from Spanish Springs High School, completion of a CDL-A program at Desert Knight CDL School, and an EMT certification from Truckee Meadows Community College. Additionally, Jakob attended the University of San Diego for further education in early 2022.
