Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith has extensive experience in the craft brewing industry, currently serving as Brewer Tech 2 at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. since November 2017. Prior roles include Head Brewer at Barley Mow Brewing Company from December 2016 to June 2022, Brewer at Cigar City Brewing, LLC from October 2015 to December 2016, and Cellar Worker and Packaging Specialist at Uinta Brewing Company from January 2014 to October 2015. Ashley began the brewing journey as Assistant Brewer at Bonneville Restaurant and Pub in late 2013. In addition to practical experience, Ashley has studied brewing and distilling through the Institute of Brewing & Distilling and has a background in massage therapy from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy.
