Bart Spendley

Bart Spendley is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in the defense sector. Currently serving as Program Manager II at Sierra Nevada Corporation since January 2023, Spendley previously held key roles including Navigator C130H in the US Air Force Reserve and Program Manager III at AMPEX Data Systems Corporation. Spendley has a proven track record of managing significant budgets and operational programs, particularly in support of USSOCOM and AFSOC. With a strong background in military operations, including positions within the Air National Guard and the United States Air Force, Spendley has developed expertise in personnel management, training optimization, and logistical planning. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in IT Project Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
