Charlie H.

Charlie H. serves as the Vice President of Programs for National Security & Battlespace at Sierra Nevada Corporation since October 2019, following roles as Senior Director of Programs for Air Force & Intel Systems and Senior Director of Technology. Responsibilities include the identification and capture of business opportunities in signals collection, electronic warfare, and unmanned systems. Prior to this, Charlie H. worked at Northrop Grumman Xetron for over 16 years, holding positions such as Chief Scientist, Senior Systems Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer, where key contributions included technology investments, strategic road maps, and leading systems engineering efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as an Electronics Engineer at Rose-Hulman Ventures. Charlie H. holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
