Miguel Soler

Miguel Soler has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as a Program Engineer and Product Engineer at Sierra-Olympia Technologies Inc. since October 2017, where responsibilities include project management and the engineering of camera systems encompassing electronics, optics, and mechanical design. Prior roles include Graduate Research Assistant at Oregon State University under Dr. Kyle E Niemeyer, with published work featured in ASME, and leadership positions in the Global Formula Racing SAE Aero Team, focusing on front wing design and manufacturing. Miguel also has experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and as a laboratory assistant, specializing in drafting and manufacturing research equipment. Miguel holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Business and Entrepreneurship from Oregon State University.
